Focusing on Timeless Wellness in the Modern Age, the program aims to use the ancient wisdom of Mediterranean philosophers to help support the modern health and wellbeing needs of Australians.

Rooted in the profound thinking of ancient philosophers, experts will help rediscover simple practical wisdom that's as true today as it was thousands of years ago.

Experts such as chef and trainer Luke Hines, relationship expert Nikki Goldstein and Flow Athletic founder Kate Kendall, will engage with Australians in weekly Instagram Live Takeovers on Comvita's page, discussing topics under three themes:

1. The Good Body: Healthy recipes, nutrition and exercise to support healthy immunity and body. 

2. The Good Mind: Sessions to support mental wellbeing, including stress, change management, fatigue, sleep and relationships.

3. The Good Leaf: Education on the traditional use, provenance and health benefits of Comvita's Olive Leaf Extract, rich in antioxidant polyphenols and used traditionally in western herbal medicine to support the immune system.
